In recent days, Nanjing Lotus Village Residential Buildings Project (Package Ⅲ A09 Building) constructed by China MCC5 was awarded “2015 Shanghai Customer-Satisfactory Project”.
In recent days, Nanjing Hexi Lotus Village Residential Buildings Project (Package Ⅲ) is located in Lotus Village, Shazhou Street, Jiaye District, Hexi New Zone, Nanjing City. The total built-up area is 174,801㎡，including 7 residential buildings, 4 shop buildings and auxiliary buildings, etc. It was started on July 11, 2009 and completed on May 18, 2013. In this project, A09 building is made of shear wall structure. The built-up area is 12818.9㎡. It has 34 floors above ground and 2 floors underground.
“Shanghai Customer-Satisfactory Project Award” is organized by Shanghai Engineering Construction Quality Management Association and selected by Shanghai Customer-Satisfactory Project Selection Committee as per the “Shanghai Customer-Satisfactory Project Selection Methods”.
