On December 25,Three scientific technical achievements of MCC5 Group Shanghai Corp. Ltd. passed the appraisal of MCC Group, among which, “Research and Application of CDQ Lining On-Line Inspection Technology" and “Research of Critical Technology for Reusing Compound Piles and Tubular Piles” have reached the international advanced level;“Super-Long Foundation Pit Combination Construction Technology under Complicated Geological Conditions of Sea Island” has reached the domestic advanced level.
“Research and Application of CDQ Lining On-Line Inspection Technology" has developed three patent technologies for the thermal-state CDQ Lining inspection: high-temperature inspection unit, on-line inspection & evaluation system and new-type on-line inspection technology. This achievement can reliably diagnose the damage of refractory material of CDQ lining under high temperature, precisely give CDQ operation status evaluation report, and precisely quantify the scope and positions of maintenance. It can decrease the stop frequency of CDQ, increase the usage rate of CDQ, and decrease the maintenance cost of CDQ. It can be used for on-line inspection of various CDQ.
“Research of Critical Technology for Reusing Compound Piles and Tubular Piles” has been developed to solve the problems of Baosteel Phase 1 Coke Ovens Renovation Project: Insufficient load-bearing capacity of the original SP piles and the difficulty for the newly-added PHC piles to go through complex stratum. This achievement has formed up three critical technologies (inspection & reinforcing technology, PHC+TSC compound pile technology and tubular pile high strain inspection method) and four patent technologies. This achievement is novel and economic with high efficiency and environmental protection. It can be applied in similar projects.
“Super-Long Foundation Pit Combination Construction Technology under Complicated Geological Conditions of Sea Island” is a super-long foundation pit design-construction technology to solve the difficulty to construct super-long foundation pit under the complicated geological conditions. It has improved the construction process of piles protection and anti-formwork quick closing, so as to guarantee the project safety and improve the construction efficiency. This achievement has formed up two critical technologies and four patent technologies. It has also been successfully applied in Baosteel Zhanjiang Steel 2030 Cold Rolling Project.(Reported by: Wang Hong)
